Basic Food Safety
This nationally recognised online course has been developed especially for delivery to all staff involved in all aspects of the preparation, storage and serving of food. Australian Food Safety Standard 3.2.2 requires food businesses ensure that people who handle food and the people who supervise them, have skills and knowledge in food safety and food hygiene for the work they do.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Mandatory in all states and online training is accepted in NT, QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and WA. Not accepted in Vic or TAS.
